Who's Pregnant?

It is with great excitement we announce the soon to be arrival of Baby O. Currently the expectant due date is March 24, 2009...or there about. Baby O will be making its mark on the world and changing our lives forever. We invite you to continue to check back with our blog site for updated information. Our next appointment is on Monday, August 18. We will have our first sonogram and hopefully listen to Baby O's heartbeat.

Tanner found out he was going to be a big brother while playing hang man with Brandy and I. We sat him down and began to play. He was very reluctant to do so and after much teeth pulling he finally guessed the puzzle. A blank stare came across his face and then he looked up at us and said "I don't think I want to be a big brother anymore." We know in time he will hopefully come around to the idea.

The last several weeks: Wow! I don't think I have slept so much in all the years I have been alive. Brandy is very tired and thus the whole house is quite from time to time. I have found if Mama O lays down for a little nap it is very easy for Daddy O to catch a few z's while she naps. Buddy (our dog) thinks this is the greatest thing to happen to him since we adopeted him 8 months ago. He loves laying ontop of Brandy while she naps, sits on the couch or lays in bed. He truly believes she wants to sit and hold him all day...oh how disappointed he will become in 9 months.

Mama O is a little trooper. We have given the term morning sickness - DAY SICKNESS. It seems from the time she wakes up till the time she goes to bed nausea is a daily routine. Even being tired she still finds time to play a game with Tanner, take a family walk around the block and try to work. Brandy starts at the New High School here in Coppell in three weeks. What a crazy year it will be for all of us! All I can say is start praying now...we are going to need it!
